Went to friends apartment today for an hour with new MXT-300 and ran over part of yard I already did with my Minelab. Lo and behold I was amazed at what I found. $1.08 in an hour including 4 wheat back pennies and my favorite coin find to date.....1939-D liberty standing half dollar in mint condition. One foot down and still shiny as new. OMG I cannot say enough for this detector-DEEP,DEEP,DEEP! I must look back at places I've gone and redo them all. It really pays to buy the best! Thank you White's, I've never been more impressed with performance.

Hi Andy, 1st have to say you are really going to town with that 300. I checked to see what this detector has and to see the cost, it's more than I can spend now but is a goal I can reach in the far future and am gonna work towards it. Have to see first if the job takes me on as a full permanant employee again, find out after 90 days. The forum you mentioned I already am on it about a year now, go by the same name. I love reading the stories. There is another I got to, called Treasure Net, also use the same name. Did some Metal Detecting today, this one TotLot I was told can't detect there, had been there twice before (that is the place I lost my shovel). went to a few others, to much activity so tried one I been having an eye on, did pretty good there.
